Employee Candidate Disclosure Statement

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), as Ege Money Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. Joint Stock Company, which acts as the data controller, we provide the following information to fulfill our obligation to inform you regarding the personal data we obtain because you are a prospective employee:

  1. Processing of Your Personal Data and Purposes of Processing As you are a prospective employee, the personal and sensitive data you have shared with us, including your identification information, contact details, photo, and personal and special category data such as health information or union/association/foundation memberships shared in your resume (also including special category personal data such as religion information on identity documents and health data indirectly obtained from ID or driver's license copies), will be processed by our Company for the purposes of conducting the recruitment processes; evaluating your data during the interview process, taking video recordings within the scope of workplace security measures, conducting reference checks, assessing your suitability for the position as a candidate, managing the offer and placement processes, ensuring data security, and if recruitment does not occur, evaluating your resume for a suitable position that may arise in the future and contacting you, provided that you have given your explicit consent.
  2. To Whom and For What Purposes Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred Your personal data will not be transferred to any institution or organization.
  3. Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Basis Your personal data is collected physically and electronically based on legal obligations, the establishment of a contract as specified in Article 5 of the Law, and with your explicit consent. This data is collected via applications made through our Company’s website, email address, or directly in person, as well as through information disclosed during interviews and via recruitment agencies we cooperate with.
  4. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data Under the Personal Data Protection legislation, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:
    • To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
    • To request information if it has been processed,
    • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with these purposes,
    • To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad,
    • To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
    • To request deletion or destruction, or anonymization if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist,
    • To request notification to third parties to whom the data has been transferred in cases of correction, deletion, or destruction,
    • To object to any unfavorable outcomes arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
    • To request compensation for any damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

Our Company will conclude the application requests in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, depending on the nature of the request, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. If the request is rejected, the reason(s) for the rejection will be justified in writing or electronically.
