Within the framework of the User Agreement, Personal Data Protection and Disclosure Text presented by Ege Money Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. (‘EgeMoney’ or ‘Company’) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (‘KVKK’); In order to be used in all kinds of services to be provided to the User regarding crypto asset trading transactions carried out through the website, to determine the identity of the User accurately and in accordance with the legislation and to prevent all kinds of illegal money movements, your personal data may vary depending on the service provided by EgeMoney and EgeMoney's commercial activities; Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, EgeMoney's working units, website, mobile application, call center, telephone calls, SMS records, e-mail addresses, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means and will continue to be updated and processed during the period you benefit from the products and services offered and/or within the legal periods.

 

Although health and sexual life data are not included in your data processed within the scope of special categories of personal data, special categories of data other than these are processed only within EgeMoney within the scope of legal regulations at the necessary stages within the scope of legal regulations. I hereby acknowledge and declare that all my personal data received by EgeMoney, provided that they are bound by the above-mentioned purposes, may be disclosed by the Company to persons, institutions and/or organizations, business partners, all authorities and channels required for the performance of the User Agreement, public legal entities and authorities authorized to receive personal data such as Courts, Public Prosecutor's Offices, BRSA, CMB, MASAK, BKM, domestic/foreign affiliates of the Company; I hereby accept and declare that I have explicit consent to the transfer of my personal data due to legal obligations but within the framework of legal limitations to third parties from whom and to whom services are received and provided to carry out website and mobile application activities, institutions, organizations, domestic/foreign banks, funds, cooperating organizations, domestic/foreign/international organizations from which service/support/consultancy is received or project/programme/financing partner and organizations from which independent audit and support services are received.
